Aligners are widely used to treat a range of bite problems and tooth alignment conditions, both mild and moderate, including:
1. Questionnaire

2. Book a consultation
Dr Marshall will invite you for an oral examination at our East Molesey practice to assess the mouth’s state. Here, the orthodontist will determine if the Invisalign treatment is suitable.
If so, together, you will begin to design a unique treatment plan custom-made to suit you.
3. Start your treatment
The next phase will see the patient receiving a set of custom-made aligners that will be required to be worn every day.
On average, you will swap out the aligners for the next series every two weeks.
The Invisalign dentist will schedule follow-up appointments every six weeks to evaluate the success of the treatment.
4. Your smile is transformed
Most adults can see the treatment results within 12 months, but this can vary from case to case.
Once the process is complete, you’ll have a straight smile and renewed confidence.
You will then continue to wear retainers at night for up to six months after treatment.
Cost of Invisalign

Not everyone can get Invisalign braces.
Patients exhibiting gum disease or seriously misaligned upper and lower jaws are not viable candidates.
Children and young teenagers cannot receive the treatment, and patients are unable to commit to wearing the aligners consistently.
Ensuring you can receive the treatment can only be done once you’ve had a consultation with the dentist.
