Because Invisalign aligners are removable, cleaning your teeth and maintaining oral hygiene couldn’t be easier.

Ensure that you brush your teeth at least twice a day as well as floss daily to help keep your mouth and teeth strong and healthy.

It is also important to remember to clean the aligners themselves.

The best way to do this is to brush them and rinse them in warm water.

Our dentists will provide you with cleaning tablets that you can use to help keep your aligners as clean as possible.

In order to ensure the best results, brush your teeth after each meal before re-inserting the aligners.

If you have received orthodontic treatment of any kind you will be advised to use a retainer to help prevent your teeth from shifting back to their original position.

This will depend on your individual case, and our Invisalign dentists Dr Rifai and Dr Marshall will advise on the best aftercare procedure for you.
