Our cheapest veneers are from £300 per unit. With 0% finance over 12 months, patients can pay from £25 per month for one veneer using composite materials.
You don’t need to go abroad for cheap veneers. In fact, we had a patient the other day who hugely regretted going to Turkey for her veneers; she replaced 23 of her teeth with crowns (not veneers) that didn’t fit right. She now has to pay to have them all removed and replaced.
If you’re looking to save money on veneers, you might want to opt for composite veneers over porcelain as even though they do not last as long, they are non-invasive, make non-permanent changes and are cheaper.
Depending on which cosmetic dentist or practice you choose, the price of veneers, especially porcelain veneers, can vary, invariably by location. Usually, the better the dentist, the brand and quality of the veneer dictate the price. But that does not mean to say when you find “cheap veneers” that less talented dentists provide them.
Composite veneers are often referred to as ‘immediate veneers’, or in this case ‘cheap veneers.’ They cost £300 per composite veneer and use a composite resin in layers to achieve the desired shape, contour or size.
Examples using 0% finance – longer terms up to 60 months with 16.9% APR exist:
Patients can choose to have one composite veneer to deal with a singular misshapen tooth, costing £300 or £25 per month.
However, if you choose to enhance the visible portion of your smile, you can expect a total of £1,800 or £150 per month. For patients who wish to make their entire smile, usually 8-10 veneers per arch, the most you can expect to pay is £3,000 or £250 per month.
Conversely, Porcelain is charged at £900 per tooth at our Surrey practice, meaning a Hollywood smile makeover would typically cost £7,200 or £600pm per arch.
Porcelain veneers are often the go-to choice for a smile makeover because they are incredibly thin and can mimic a smile much more naturally compared to their alternatives. And with that, they come at a cost.
Porcelain veneers reflect natural light perfectly, making them look like natural teeth – Plus, they can last for 30 years, practically a lifetime for some patients.
However, if you want porcelain veneers, you have to commit to them because the procedure is irreversible, as a small amount of enamel needs to be removed to make room to place them.
Don’t fear, however, as this is typically between 0.2mm and 0.5mm, depending on the brand of veneer you opt for.
