Discover the costs of dental implants for a full set of missing teeth.
Replacing a full jaw with dental implants can vary in price, and this is mainly down to the type of implant treatment you choose to replace your missing teeth with. Each treatment will also vary in how it functions, the number of restrictions you’ll need to follow and how it will improve your overall quality of life.
A breakdown of full jaw implant types and costs:
If you’ve had missing teeth for over six months, you likely have bone loss in the jaw. Dental implants cannot be placed securely without a sufficient amount of bone. All-on-4 or Teeth in a Day is the only dental implant procedure which does not require an abundance of bone to be placed.
Examples used are based on costs per jaw. If you require both jaws, the monthly figures will likely be double.
*Recommended to place a £5,000 deposit to make monthly payments manageable. Deposits are not required. However, if you choose to pay for All-on-4 without a deposit over 60 months, you would pay £348.79 pm.

The only alternative to replace a full mouth of missing teeth is with dentures. Dentures sadly, rely on suction to stay in place (if you have no teeth remaining) and are not palateless.
Metal dentures using Cobalt Chrome can hook onto remaining teeth and uncover the palate but require some teeth remaining.
The cost of dentures at our clinic is from £750, which will require replacing every seven to ten years.
